This release focuses on the iPhone experience while keeping iPad and Mac supported.

iPhone navigation

  • New 4-tab structure: Dashboard, Wealth, Analysis, and Settings.
  • Grouped access to accounts, portfolios, real estate, balance sheet, and analysis tools without cluttering the screen.

Readability and charts

  • Layouts adapted for small screens (lists, cards, forms).
  • Clearer charts: year axes and amounts (k/M) on loans and the dashboard.
  • Loan scenario comparison: current vs simulated shown as stacked bars.
  • Portfolios: period selector (1M, 3M, 1Y…) adapted for iPhone.
  • Account and Category analysis: stacked layout on iPhone; help on cumulative waterfall chart scale.

Wealth and dashboard

  • Wealth summary: Cash flow & credit section with interest vs principal on loan repayments.
  • Dashboard: refined indicators and projection labels (including net real estate wealth).

Appearance and settings

  • Enhanced visual themes (light/dark modes).
  • Settings: aligned lists and pickers; welcome screen and discovery guide match the chosen theme.

Miscellaneous

  • Savings projects and scenarios: simplified interfaces.

From Eicheesel to OneLedger

OneLedger is the new name and interface for the app previously known as Eicheesel X (and Eicheesel on this site). Version 2.0 introduces a clearer brand, light and dark themes, and richer wealth planning tools.

  • On your iPhone, iPad or Mac home screen, the app appears as OneLedger.
  • On the App Store, the app is listed as OneLedger (description mentions formerly Eicheesel X). Same app, updates, and saved data.
  • Existing backups and purchases continue to work. Import your backup from Settings if you reinstall on a new device.

The squirrel name “Eicheesel” (Lorraine Franconian for squirrel) reflected saving for the future — that spirit continues under OneLedger.
